James "Catfish" Fenske

January 9, 1950 - August 9, 2013

James "Catfish" Fenske, age 63, formely of Pierce City, MO died on Friday, August 09, 2013, at Phelps County Medical Center in Rolla, MO. Mr. Fenske was born in Monett, MO on Monday, January 09, 1950. He was the son of Paul, Sr. and Barbara (Baker) Fenske. After graduating from the Pierce City High School, he went into the armed forces, serving in Germany. Survivors include his three sisters, Barbara Havelka of Verona, MO, Diana Gray of Rogers, AR, and Margie Lambeth of Wentworth, MO; and one brother, Paul Fenske, Jr. of Monett, MO. The family will receive friends at Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City, MO on Tuesday, August 13, 2013, from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM. with Prayer Services beginning at 8:00 P.M. Graveside services will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Pierce City, MO on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, beginning at 11:00 AM with Father Peter J. Morciniec officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Pierce City, MO.
